The Mummies

While at the Museum the other day, I stopped in to visit the Egyptian exhibit. I was specifically looking to check out the mummies and have been for quite a while. Ever since I started playing with energy, I have been curious to see if any of the previous inhabitants aura still resides within the wrappings.
So I first went to the “poor woman’s” mummy. Wham! I actually had to take a step back. I wasn’t expecting such an intense feeling. I had just finished with the prehistoric animals and over there I had to concentrate to feel anything. I guess I was trying too hard and the mummy was a bit more powerful than I was ready for. I readjusted myself and moved closer. What I found was a fascinating presence still in there. I stood a few moments (I didn’t want to appear too creepy to those around me) and moved on to the “rich woman’s” mummy. Nothing. I had to really focus to find any energy at all and it was faint and tenuous. Hmmm, that was not what I expected.
I did get glimpses of there home environment and vow to check into why there was such a difference at the first opportunity.
